Gail Kelso, Director of Music & Organist
Gail was born on the Eastern Shore of Maryland but has lived most of her life in Millsboro, DE. She became the Music Director and Organist at Reformation six years ago. She has taught music for many years. Gail also teaches at Wicomico Middle School in Salisbury, MD, while serving at Reformation. She whole-heartedly believes that music is such an integral part of any worship service. It can touch people and speak to them on many levels. Music is an enhancement of our worship, not a performance. Gail's motto for church music is: "to God be the Glory." God uses our musical offerings to draw people into a closer relationship with the Lord. Gail's family is a huge part of her life. Her daughter and son-in-law in Delaware have three children, and "Granna" Gail enjoys babysitting quite often. Gail's son and daughter-in-law live in Durango, Colorado and have one daughter. In Gail's limited free time, she likes to drop anchor someplace in her clunky old pontoon boat and go crabbing. Gail loves her days with a boat full of kids giggling and squealing and enjoying the water. That is also music to God's ears!
Kathy Kimmel-Russ, Administrative Assistant
Kathy grew up in Milford and graduated from Milford High School before venturing off to Virginia for her undergraduate and masters' degrees, and then to Rhode Island with her family. She has two children who are now in their early 20s, a son and a daughter. Kathy studied communications, film, and journalism, and enjoys creating publications and writing in her professional and personal life. Kathy returned to Milford six years ago and began working at Reformation in the fall of 2012. As Administrative Assistant, Kathy finds her work at Reformation to be challenging and rewarding. From working with lay leaders, fielding help requests, and creating publications, she appreciates that something is always happening at Reformation. Kathy is very involved in her home congregation, Northway Church, and serves on the Worship Production Team. Kathy also enjoys the outdoors, natural health, going for walks, and swimming.
The position of Nursery Attendant is currently vacant. We are in the process of searching for someone to fill this important position. In the meantime, please bring your children to worship. We love having babies and children worship the Lord in the Sanctuary with everyone!
