Pastor Eric Evers grew up in North Oxford, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Connecticut College and Luther Seminary. Pastor Eric began his call as Pastor of Reformation Lutheran Church in June 2010. Before that, Pastor Eric served at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Bel Air, Maryland, for over 10 years. He enjoys reading, writing, technology, grilling, spending time with friends and family, working out at the gym, popcorn, and going to the beach.

The Rev. Paige G. Evers, Pastor
Pastor Paige Evers grew up in Lakewood, Washington. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and Luther Seminary. Pastor Paige began her call as Pastor of Reformation Lutheran Church in September 2015. Before that, Pastor Paige shepherded their two young children at home and volunteered at Reformation and in the community. While the Evers family lived in Maryland, Pastor Paige served as Pastor of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Edgewood, Maryland. Pastor Paige is a volunteer and past Board Member for Downtown Milford, Inc. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, sketching, exercising, and exploring Delaware’s beaches.

Gail Kelso, Director of Music & Organist
Gail was born on the Eastern Shore of Maryland but has lived most of her life in Millsboro, DE. She has loved being the Music Director and Organist at Reformation for the past ten years and whole-heartedly believes that music is such an integral part of any worship service. It can touch people and speak to them on many levels. Music is an enhancement of our worship, not a performance. Gail's family is a huge part of her life; being ‘Granna’ is the best! In her spare time, she likes to drop anchor someplace in her clunky old pontoon boat and go crabbing with all the kids! That is also music to God's ears!
MARY LU WILSON, KIDS, INC., DIRECTOR
Mary Lu grew up in a large family with five brothers and sisters. She has two adult children and four grandchildren; Christopher, Gabi, Grady, and Kendall, whom she adores. She is also an avid lover of animals with three dogs and a cat at home. Mary Lu has served as the Director of Kids' Inc. for 28 years. Before that, she ran an in-home day care for 6 years, amassing to a total of 34 years of Daycare management experience. Mary Lu cares for all of the children that are currently at Kids' Inc. and who have passed through the program as if she is caring for her own children. She strives to make a positive difference in their lives, big or small. She often runs into adults who were once children at Kids' Inc., and she enjoys hearing how they appreciate her influence during their formative years. In her free time she enjoys a variety of different things such as; quilting, sewing, spending time with her grandchildren, and making sure that the Daycare can run smoothly and efficiently.
