We are so glad you’re joining Reformation for online worship! We hope that this time of prayer, song, and hearing the Word of God will help you to go deeper in your relationship with Jesus and grow in your love and service.
In today’s Gospel reading from Luke, Jesus sends out 70 workers to share the good news of the Kingdom of God, and to be laborers for God’s harvest. In this sermon, Pastor Paige asks listeners to imagine what it was like for the 70 to be guests as they traveled to the surrounding towns. They were also acting as hosts, as they brought the healing power of Jesus to the places they visited. How is Jesus calling you to receive his gifts, and also give them to others, in service and in sharing the good news of God’s love?
Please use the button above to download a bulletin to help you follow along with the service.* We invite you to use the “Supporting Reformation’s Mission” button to invest in our ministry. At that link, you will find ways to make online donations to provide the resources needed for our church to keep on reaching out with the love of Jesus, as well as a survey you can print out and return to church about ways you can become more involved in what God is doing at Reformation. Thank you for your generous support!
*We have a new bulletin format this month. The first pages of the bulletin you download will have the parts of the service that repeat every week. The final pages of the bulletin have the new “Sunday Booklet” with the specific readings and hymns for this Sunday. The weekly church calendar, announcements, and Parish Worker names are in the final pages of the bulletin as well. We are making this change as an experiment to be better stewards of our resources and paper.
