Christ the King Sunday is the last Sunday in the Church calendar year. It's a good day to go back to the fundamental question, "Who am I?" in light of our faith in Jesus. Our lessons, especially from Colossians 1:11-20, help us ground our identity in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross for us. In this sermon, Pastor Paige helps us remember that Jesus bears the scars of the cross in his resurrected body, even as he reigns as our heavenly king. We don't have to wonder who we are or if we're doing enough for God to love us. All we have to do is look to Christ our King and to his wounds, and know that thanks to Jesus, we are healed and saved, forever.
